I have been helping people heal themselves since 1999, first as a personal trainer, and then as a massage therapist, private yoga instructor, CranioSacral therapist and most recently as a decluttering and breakthrough coach. I focus on working with the body, mind and living space to achieve peace and balance.
I graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara 2002 with a BA in Psychology. I'm now working with people on a psychological level with SomatoEmotional release component of CranioSacral therapy and Coaching.
I am a Certified Massage Therapist. My massage therapy training began at the McKinnon Massage Institute in Oakland, California in 2004 learning Swedish, Deep Tissue, Clinical Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Prenatal, Acupressure, Chair Massage (Shiatsu), Reflexology, and Trigger Point modalities.
My journey in yoga and meditation began in 2002 when I was introduced to Gurumayi. I completed my yoga teacher training under Sianna Sherman & Noah Maze in early 2008. I continue to practice at many different studios around the Bay Area exploring diverse styles. I've also explored breathwork and its many healing benefits.
In 2015 I started trainings with Landmark Education. I've seen huge breakthroughs for myself and all who have done this work. Using my experience from these courses, Yoga philosophy, and other psychosomatic therapies I've done along the way, I'm now helping people have their own huge breakthroughs in areas of their lives where they feel stuck.
I've cultivated a talent in helping people optimizing their living spaces and create an environment that nurtures calm and wellbeing. This process includes decluttering, feng shui & organizing. Ultimately finding the natural flow of a space and freeing up where there's stagnation physically and energetically.
Clear space, clear mind, clear body.
